STUDY BASICS

Did you give birth in the past year? You may be able to participate in a research study to help understand women’s thoughts on a weight loss intervention that aims to improve sleep, diet, and physical activity after childbirth. This study involves a virtual interview on Zoom and a short survey. Compensation is provided.

STUDY PURPOSE

After giving birth, many women experience changes in their sleep, diet, and physical activity. The purpose of this research study is to get feedback on what information is important to include in a weight loss intervention and learn how difficult it would be to make changes to your sleep, diet, and physical activity after childbirth. Researchers hope their findings may lead to better maternal health in the future.

COULD THIS STUDY BE RIGHT FOR YOU?
  • Females aged 18 and up
  • Gave birth in the past year
