STUDY BASICS

Are you 18-50 years old and HIV-negative? You may be able to participate in a research study to test 4 experimental HIV vaccines. Participation involves about 14 clinic visits over about a year and a half. Study visits may include physical exams, questionnaire completion, blood and urine collection, HIV testing, and injections. Compensation is provided.

Sharon Riddler

Sharon A. Riddler, MD, is Director of Clinical Research in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the University of Pittsburgh. A graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin and the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Riddler’s research interests include all aspects of the clinical research process, including protocol development, implementation, and analysis of results.
