STUDY BASICS

Do you have type 2 diabetes? Do you also have difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early? If so, you may be eligible to participate in a research study to help find out if an online insomnia program can help people better manage their diabetes on their own. Compensation is provided.

STUDY PURPOSE
Millions of Americans have type 2 diabetes, a disease that affects the body’s ability to process sugar. Many people who have type 2 diabetes also have trouble sleeping, which can lead to daytime sleepiness, fatigue, stress, and a decreased ability to self-manage their diabetes. The purpose of this research study is to find out if an online insomnia treatment program can help people sleep better and improve their diabetes management. Researchers hope their findings will lead to better health for people with diabetes in the future.
