STUDY BASICS

Are you an adult aged 18 or up who has not been diagnosed with asthma? You may be eligible to take part in an online research study. Participation involves completing up to three surveys on your mobile phone regarding your concerns and behaviors related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants who complete the survey may enter into a random drawing for a gift card.

STUDY PURPOSE

Some evidence suggests that people with underlying health conditions such as asthma, high blood pressure, and diabetes are at an increased risk of developing severe cases of COVID-19, but this relationship is not fully understood. The purpose of this research study is to learn more about COVID-19 in people who do not have asthma and compare them with people who do have asthma. Researchers hope their findings lead to a better understanding of the risk factors associated with severe COVID-19 disease.

COULD THIS STUDY BE RIGHT FOR YOU?
