Heart to Heart: Family Communication about Premature Heart Disease

Did you have your first heart attack in the last 3 months? Did you receive care for your heart attack at a UPMC facility? If so, you may be eligible to participate in a study to help researchers learn how families communicate about heart disease. You must be willing to recruit 1 biological family member to take part in this study. Involves completing a 1 hour online survey. Compensation provided.
