STUDY BASICS

Are you a healthy 18-35 year old male? You may be able to participate in a study to better understand whether humans have a 12-hour clock, like other animals including mice and non-human primates. This study involves a screening visit and a 3-day inpatient stay. Eligible participants are taking no medications and do not use any tobacco products. Compensation is provided.

Pouneh K. Fazeli, MD, MPH, is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism at the University of Pittsburgh. A graduate of Harvard University, Dr. Fazeli’s research interests include understanding both the benefits and negative consequences of undernutrition.
