Beaver County Community Health Survey

STUDY BASICS

Are you a resident of Beaver County, PA? The goal of our study is to better understand Beaver County residents’ perceptions of their own health and the community’s environmental health. This survey will ask questions about your community’s health, your personal health, and environmental risk factors. The survey will take about 20 minutes. Compensation is provided.`

STUDY PURPOSE

The University of Pittsburgh is conducting a research study to better understand Beaver County residents' views on their own health and their community's health. This information will be used to support the health needs of the county.

• a current resident of Beaver County

WHAT PARTICIPANTS CAN EXPECT

You will answer multiple choice questions about your community's health, personal health, and views on environmental health risks.
