STUDY BASICS

Are you an 18-30 year old man who has no sleep problems? You may be able to participate in a research study looking at the effects of bright light on circadian rhythm (our internal biological clock). This study involves up to 4 sleep lab visits, up to 4 weeks of home sleep tracking (via wrist activity monitor and online sleep log), and other assessments. Compensation is provided.

Adriane M. Soehner, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Dr. Soehner’s research investigates the role of sleep in brain development and psychiatric illness.
