Are you the parent of a child ages 16-17 who has a non-progressive spinal cord injury that occurred over 1 year ago? Do they use a wheelchair as their primary means of mobility? If so, your child may be eligible to participate in a study to track wheelchair use, breakdowns and repairs through an app. Eligible participants have a smartphone or tablet with internet access. Compensation provided.
Are you the primary caregiver of a child under age 18 who uses a wheelchair or scooter as their primary means of mobility? Can the child transfer to and from the mobility device by him/herself? If so, you can participate in a research study that involves taking an online survey for caregivers about challenges in the community.
Do you have a child between the ages of 12-17 with a diagnosis of Spina Bifida, Spinal Cord Injury, or Cerebral Palsy? Does your child reside at home? If so, your child may be eligible to participate in a study to help develop and evaluate an app suite to support and manage self-care. Compensation may be provided.
