AIMS Trial - Assessing Improvements in Mood and Sleep

Are you 55 years old or older and currently having depression symptoms? You may be eligible for a research study to compare two different therapy approaches on mood and sleep. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two talk therapy programs that include meeting with a study clinician (in person or virtual) for 30-50 minutes each week for 8 weeks (8 sessions total). Compensation provided.

SleepLife - Parent of a child 10-13 years old

Are you the parent of a child between the ages of 10 and 13? Has your child had a well-child visit at UPMC Primary Care or Family Medicine in the past 12 months? Your child may be eligible for a research study to learn about how childhood sleep impacts future mental health. Compensation is provided.
