STUDY BASICS
Are you the parent of a 2-17 year old who is being evaluated for epilepsy? Your child may be able to participate in a study to find new ways of measuring electroencephalography (EEG) in coarse and curly hair to make it more user friendly (EEG is a brain wave test). This study involves 1 visit to UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh that may take up to 2.5 hours. Compensation provided.
