MRRC MR Imaging Study

STUDY BASICS

Are you a healthy adult older than 18 years with no history of disease treatment? You may be eligible for a research study to develop new advanced MRI methods. Study Participation involves an interview (in person or remote) to confirm eligibility and an in person visit including MRI scan and questionnaires. Compensation is provided.

STUDY PURPOSE

Researchers at the University of Pittsburgh are looking for healthy adults in a research study to test new advanced MR imaging methods.

COULD THIS STUDY BE RIGHT FOR YOU?

• 18 years of age or older
• Healthy
• Willing and able to complete an MRI scan

WHAT PARTICIPANTS CAN EXPECT

Participation includes

• Initial screening to confirm eligibility 
• Visit at our MRRC center in Oakland (1.5 hour)

On the day of your study visit, you will complete

• Study consent
• MRI scan
• fMRI scan
