Strengthening Disability Benefit, Work & School Services in Early Psychosis- Adults 18+
STUDY BASICS
Researchers in Pennsylvania, Maryland & New York are conducting a research study to understand more about youth and young adult decisions and experiences related to work, school, and disability benefits both while receiving early intervention services and after discharge. Participants and graduates of early intervention in psychosis programs aged 18 and older are eligible to participate.
STUDY PURPOSE
While early intervention programs improve work, school and financial outcomes overall, not everyone equally benefits and many clients still face significant barriers to school and work, and financial hardship. The goal of the project is to develop a deeper understanding of these barriers in order to identify solutions.
