STUDY BASICS

Do you have chronic low back pain and take opioid pain medication? You may be able to participate in a study to test a new virtual reality (VR) system that is designed specifically for pain management. Eligible participants must be UPMC patients and be taking over 50mg of opioid medication daily. This study involves 3 visits over 8 weeks. Compensation is provided.
