Neuroimmune interactions in Atopic Dermatitis

STUDY BASICS

Do you have mild to moderate eczema? You may be eligible for a research study of Botox for patients with mild to moderate eczema. Participation involves approximately 4-5 study visits over a 1-2 month period. Compensation is provided.

STUDY PURPOSE

Botox is an injection medication that may help in the treatment of eczema. The goal is to slow down the release of certain chemicals in the skin to help improve areas affected by eczema.

COULD THIS STUDY BE RIGHT FOR YOU?

• 18-75 years of age
• Have eczema
• You have never been on biologic treatment (such as Dupixent) before

WHAT PARTICIPANTS CAN EXPECT

• Approximately 4-5 study visits over a 1–2-month period
• Study procedures at no cost to you including:
  • Physical exams 
  • Depending on the assigned cohort, biopsies may be required
