Did you receive treatment for cancer in the past 2 years? You may be able to participate in a research study to help learn more about patients’ needs before starting cancer treatments. This study involves completing brief, anonymous, and secure surveys describing your experiences. Completing these online surveys may take up to 15 minutes.
STUDY PURPOSE
Undergoing cancer treatments can be an overwhelming experience. The purpose of this study is to gather feedback about the needs of patients who have undergone cancer treatments. Researchers hope their findings lead to better ways to prepare patients for cancer treatments in the future.

- Age 18 and up
- Received treatment for cancer in the past 2 years
- Able to read, write, and speak English
