STUDY BASICS

Are you a breast cancer survivor? Are you tired a lot? You may be eligible for a research study to understand ways to help women breast cancer survivors manage the effect of fatigue on daily life. Participants will talk to an occupational therapist for 90 minutes. Compensation is provided.


STUDY PURPOSE

The purpose of this study is to help researchers better understand breast cancer survivors’ preferences for ways to reduce their fatigue.  This study also wants to find out what things have helped you reduce the effect of your fatigue on daily life.


COULD THIS STUDY BE RIGHT FOR YOU?
  • You feel tired, exhausted, or fatigued
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are a female
  • You have/had a diagnosis of breast cancer (Stage I-IIIa)
  • Completed primary treatment less than 5 years ago

WHAT PARTICIPANTS CAN EXPECT

If you decide to take part in this research study, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire and a 90-minute long interview.
