Post Acute Sequelae of COVID-19 - Healthy Volunteer
STUDY BASICS
Have you had COVID-19 and fully recovered? You may qualify for a research study at the University of Pittsburgh. This study is looking at why some people don't fully recover after COVID-19. The study includes 5 visits; each will take about 90 minutes. Compensation is provided.
STUDY PURPOSE
This research study is being conducted to increase our knowledge about the long term complications that patients may have after getting COVID-19 infection.
COULD THIS STUDY BE RIGHT FOR YOU?
- Ages 18 and older
- Had COVID-19 at least 3 months ago, and are Not experiencing any symptoms
WHAT PARTICIPANTS CAN EXPECT
Participants will undergo the following at Baseline, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months:
- Blood sample collection
- Questionnaires

Michael Risbano
Michael G. Risbano, MD, MA, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh. A graduate of Boston University School of Medicine, Dr. Risbano’s research interests include hemodynamic evaluation of subjects with pulmonary hypertension and correlation of hemodynamic values with biomarkers for the early diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension.
