Memory and Learning on Mobile Phones
STUDY BASICS
Are you 18-30 years old and frequently use a smartphone? You may be able to participate in a research study about learning and memory. This study involves one video call session and completing four tasks per day (each task lasts less than 1 minute), for 24 days on your smartphone. Eligible participants must be fluent in English and reside in the Eastern Time Zone. Compensation provided.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS CAN EXPECT
The study involves one 20-minute video call session on the first day, and four 1-minute tasks per day for 24 days on your smartphone, and a 5-minute task on the last day of the study.

Benjamin Rottman
Benjamin M. Rottman, PhD, is Associate Professor of Psychology and Director of the Causal Learning & Decision Making Lab at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Rottman’s research interests include causal learning and reasoning, decision making, and teaching methods.
