STUDY BASICS

Are you ages 18-25 and typically experience sleep disturbance? Do you have symptoms of anxiety or depression? You may be able to participate in a study to examine whether playing quiet tones during sleep enhances deep sleep for people with anxiety and depression symptoms. This study involves 1 daytime visit and 2 overnight visits in a sleep lab. Compensation is provided.
