Have you received a COVID-19 vaccine? You may be able to participate in an anonymous survey study to learn about your experience after receiving the vaccine and how your reaction may differ from others. This survey should take about 10 minutes and can be completed on an internet-connected device, such as a smartphone or computer. There is no compensation offered for completing this survey.
