STUDY BASICS

Are you an adult who is in generally good mental and physical health, but who is feeling stressed? Do you own a smartphone? If so, you may be eligible to participate in an eight-week training program for stress reduction and well-being. Participants must be available for about 10 weeks to complete study activities and training. Compensation provided.

J. David Creswell

J. David Creswell, PhD, is an associate professor of psychology at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Creswell’s research focuses broadly on understanding what makes people resilient under stress. Specifically, he conducts community intervention studies to understand how various stress management strategies alter coping and stress resilience.
