THRIVE
STUDY BASICS
Are you 22 weeks pregnant or less and live within 50 miles of Pittsburgh? Researchers at the University of Pittsburgh are looking to support people experiencing relationship stress or control through pregnancy and postpartum in a new research study. Participants will be asked to complete 4 surveys about their experiences and will be paid for completing each survey.
STUDY PURPOSE
The purpose of this research study is to learn more about how to support pregnant and postpartum people who are going through relationship stress and control. Sometimes that stress can show up as control, pressure, or violence from a partner. This can look like many things: being isolated or kept from loved ones, controlled around money or work, pressured about sex, threatened, hurt, or not being able to access medical care. Relationship stress and control can also occur in other ways.
