STUDY BASICS
Are you pregnant and between the ages of 18 and 49? You may be eligible to participate in a research study to better understand how people feel and think about their options of parenting, abortion, or adoption once they find out they are pregnant. Compensation is provided.
STUDY PURPOSE
We want to learn more about people's thoughts and feelings about pregnancy.
COULD THIS STUDY BE RIGHT FOR YOU?
To be eligible, you must be:
- 18-49 years old
- Less than 15 weeks pregnant
- Planning to continue the pregnancy, seeking an abortion, or unsure of what you want to do
WHAT PARTICIPANTS CAN EXPECT
This research study involves 3 online surveys over the next 10 months. Each survey will take 15-30 minutes to complete.

Sonya Borrero, MD, MS, is a Professor of Medicine, Clinical & Translational Science, and Obstetrics, Gynecology, & Reproductive Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh. A graduate of Case Western Reserve School of Medicine and the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Borrero’s research interests include advancing reproductive health equity.
