STUDY BASICS

Are you struggling with chronic pain? You may be eligible to participate in a research study designed to help people like you! This study seeks to improve chronic pain in individuals who use opioids for treatment. Compensation is provided.


STUDY PURPOSE

This study aims to improve the way people manage chronic pain while using pain medication safely. Your participation can help develop better support for others facing similar challenges.


COULD THIS STUDY BE RIGHT FOR YOU?

Adults with chronic pain who currently use or have used opioid pain medication.


WHAT PARTICIPANTS CAN EXPECT
  • This research project is evaluating an intervention called Pain Self-Management (PSM).
  • Duration: The Pain Self-Management program lasts 12 weeks (3 months), and you will be enrolled in the study for a total of 9 months.
  • Surveys: You’ll complete surveys every 3 months while enrolled in the study.
