STUDY BASICS

Have you given birth in the last year? Do you live in the Pittsburgh area? You may be eligible for a research study to learn how new parents take care of themselves. Participation involves group sessions that will last about 1 hour on Zoom or in-person (includes childcare for in-person sessions). Compensation is provided.

STUDY PURPOSE

The purpose of the study is to learn about experiences with postpartum care after a recent pregnancy and delivery. Researchers want to better understand post-partum needs in the community, and identify ways in which post-partum care can be adapted to better meet the needs of birthing people. Results from this study will be used to develop a new model of postpartum care.
