STUDY BASICS
Have you received a COVID-19 vaccine? You may be able to participate in a study to help find out about user experiences with the v-safe app. V-safe was designed to provide personalized health check-ins after receipt of a COVID-19 vaccine. This study involves completing a 10-minute online survey about your background, health conditions, and familiarity with post-vaccine monitoring systems.
