STUDY BASICS
Are you a recreational runner who runs for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week? If so, you may be able to participate in a study to see if individualized exercise programming can improve the scores on a functional movement assessment in adult recreational runners both with and without pain in the front of their knee. Compensation is provided.
