The Post-CAP Research Study – Ages 18-49
STUDY BASICS
Are you currently pregnant or had an abortion in the past 3 months? You may be eligible for a research study to understand “pregnancy acceptability”—that is, how women think and feel about pregnancy after they find out they are pregnant. Participation involves one audio-recorded interview with you over the phone, on Zoom, or in-person Compensation is provided.
STUDY PURPOSE
The purpose of this research is to understand “pregnancy acceptability”—that is, how women think and feel about pregnancy after they find out they are pregnant. We are doing this study so we can create survey questions that help us measure how women think and feel about their pregnancy, in order to provide better support and resources for pregnant women.
COULD THIS STUDY BE RIGHT FOR YOU?
- Currently pregnant OR had an abortion in the past 3 months
- Between the ages of 18-49
- Speak English or Spanish fluently
WHAT PARTICIPANTS CAN EXPECT
If you join this study, a University of Pittsburgh staff member will do a 20-30 minute audio-recorded interview with you over the phone, on Zoom, or in-person in Pittsburgh.
