Lung Cancer Screening Research Survey

STUDY BASICS

Are you 50 to 75 years old and currently use tobacco products or have you used tobacco products in the past 15 years? You may be eligible for research study to investigate the people’s knowledge and opinions on lung cancer screening. This study consists of a survey that will take about 10-15 minutes of your time to complete. Compensation provided.

STUDY PURPOSE

The purpose of this research is to understand the knowledge and opinions on lung cancer screening, among men and women who are eligible for the screening. We are conducting a survey that will help us to understand what you know about lung cancer and lung cancer screening. This study investigates the people’s knowledge and opinions on lung cancer screening. 

COULD THIS STUDY BE RIGHT FOR YOU?

• Between 50 and 75 years of age
• Currently smoke or quit smoking in last 15 years
• Reside in Allegheny County

WHAT PARTICIPANTS CAN EXPECT

• A 5-minute screener survey on the phone
• A 10 to 15 minutes online survey or phone-based survey
