Were you diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in the past 48 months? Are you 18-45 years old? You may be able to participate in a research study to test a new therapy that is designed to decrease the immune system attacks on insulin-producing cells. Study participation lasts one year and involves 16 in-person visits. Compensation is provided.

Evaluation of Flash Continuous Glucose Monitoring to Reduce Hyperglycemia in People with T2 Diabetes
Do you have type 2 diabetes with an A1c from 7.5% and 12%? Not used a continuous glucose meter in the last 3 months? Not on insulin, glipizide or glimepiride? You may be able to participate in a study to assess the impact of the FreeStyle Libre system on HbA1c, body weight, sensor utilization, blood sugar and other health measures.
GLADIATOR STUDY- A Study of Oral Ladarixin in New-onset Type 1 Diabetes and a Low Residual β-cell Function (LDX0319)
Are you 18-45 years old and have you been newly diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes (first insulin dose within 100 days)? You may be able to participate in a study to find out if an investigational drug called ladarixin is safe and effective and if it is capable of slowing down the progression of type 1 diabetes. Study participation involves about 12 visits, up to 2 years. Compensation is provided.
Type 1 Diabetes Islet Cell Infusion Research Study
Are you 18-65 years old? Have you been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes? Do you have documented severe low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) and impaired hypoglycemic awareness? You may be eligible to participate in a research study to evaluate whether one or two doses of insulin producing cells can provide better control of your blood sugar.
Painful Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Study
Do you have Painful Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (PDPN)? You may be eligible to participate in a research study to find out if different treatments have an effect on painful neuropathy due to diabetes. Compensation is provided.
DREAM Acute Pancreatitis Study
Are you 18-75 years old? Have you recently had an acute pancreatitis attack? You may be able to participate in a study to determine if acute pancreatitis increases your risk for diabetes. This study involves up to 9 visits over 3-5 years, and includes providing blood samples and undergoing tests to detect diabetes. Compensation is provided.
Coping with Type 2 Diabetes
Do you have type 2 diabetes? Do you have a spouse or partner that is willing to participate with you in a research study? You may be eligible to participate in a research study that may improve the health and happiness of both partners. Compensation provided.
TrialNET Pathway to Prevention 18-45
Do you have a relative who has been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes? Are you aged 18-45? You may be able to take part in a research study to help better understand the development of type 1 diabetes in adults who have a family member with the disease. People found to be at an increased risk for type 1 diabetes may qualify for additional research studies.
